The world of the mushroom kingdom, for too long a conflict between Koopa and Toads has raged on. But why? The truth is that the Mushroom Kingdom is really the battleground for a war that has been raging since the Dawn of man. Underneath the surface, King Bowser is really a memeber of the Nights Templar, an orginization bent on new world order. The only thing stoping him are 2 Assassin's. Brothers named Mario and Luigi. How is this possible? Well lets look at the facts.
Fact 1: The Basics.
In the old days, Mario and Luigi we're fast and nimble. Easily climbing over pipes, piles of bricks and even jumping over bullets and taking large jumps. Sound a bit familiar? If it hasn't crossed your mind, the Mario bro's partake in a type of aerobatics called free running. Assassin's that are part of the Assassin order utilize free running to reach their targets swiftly and to escape after a assassination. Another question arises is where did they learn how to jump so high? Especially Mario, who can run and jump almost non stop. Coicidence? Maybe.
Part 2: Italian Orgins.
Mario and Luigi are Italian Plumbers who come from Brooklyn. The Assassin' Order had a chapter in the Renaissance era. Reports show that one certain Gradmaster slept with a large amout of women. Some may of found out about their assassin orgins. Some may have trained the way of the creed. Who knows? But some reports say that there lived a Assassin during those times named Mario. It's highly possible that the name was passed on the genrations until some one was worthy enough to claim the name again.
Part 3: Koopa's and Goomba's and Bowser
Bowser is a Templar who currently is using a piece of Eden. How can we support this? Koopa's and Goomba's thats how. Koopa's in appearnce are pretty harmless looking. They them selves Why in their right midns would they attack Toads? Mind control. That's why they just keep walking forward, they're only ordered to stop anything, but no tatics are involved. Also a report from a Templar named Henry Ford also used a similar tatic. How are Kameks able to use magic? By reverse engerniering pieces of Eden, thats how. Their wands use technology that are minature pieces of edens. The effects are really just illusions. Goomba's are also the same mind control as the koopa's. Why would Goomba's help Bowser any ways?
Also what is Bowser's goal of capturing Princess Peach? To the outsider he just wants to get Peach and the Mushroom kingdom. The real reason is......
Part 4: Peach holds a Piece of Eden.
Behind the fire place, lies a piece of Eden. Hidden in Peach's room due to it being a room of high priority, it's almost the perfect place to hide the Piece of Eden. This also explains the next part.....
Part 5: Why Bowser helps you.
Do you notice how Boswer keeps chaging his personality every time he helps the Mario Bros? It's due to the fact that the Bro's use Peach's Piece of Eden on Bowser. Just becuase Bowser holds a piece, does not mean that he holds immunity. Once Bowser is used, he can control his body once again, due to the Mario Bros needing to know where he keeps his Piece of Eden.

Part 6: Princess in another castle.
Those castles are really Templar Lairs. The Assassin's taught their children the ways of the Assassin order, and there are cases of Templar families, it's not surprising that Bowsers kids are also in it.
