Comparing the 2 is going to very hard. Seeing as both SSB and SF have different combat systems. SF has the Stamina system while SSB has the % system
If any thing its like comparing hard candy to soft ice cream. Both are sweets and eaten for the taste and feel, but you can't compare them because how fundamentally different they are.
