@Hammer: Can you make it kill at 80 or 90%, if you can? And also is it possible to stop him from entering the end of his Ground B animation if he hits the ground?

No, not Framespeed. The attack is supposed to be slow. I'd just like it not to go into Ground B if he touches the ground during this attack.
