Depends on the player. Most of the in-game characters have potential to be great.

But if we're going solely off of players I'd arguably say M2K or someone like Sethlon or the big players like Aramada, Hungrybox, etc.

Spacies are hardest and most technical, but Lucas [and Pikachu imo] will also give your hands a workout.
I believe DK's the #1 least technical. Not far behind him is Ivy, Puff, Mario, Luigi. Plus Marth and Sheik, jk
