Terrible traffic today

yo guys,

so merry christmas and such, I got a wii points card today and was PUMPED!

so im like, sweet megaman 9!!!

so then im on the wii, go to the shop channel, load, go to megaman 9 then i get this weird lag and error code, i try this again for several more times. so wtf guys? is this traffic or what? i mean the wifi isnt best but still.
