Texture Hacking Problems

I'm trying to make a set of custom textures for every character, but I've run into two problems.

1. With DK and Diddy they wouldn't compile. I indexed them, so I'm not sure what's wrong.

2. With Falco it says there's an error with an alpha layer when I try to compile as well.

Use BrawlBox good sir. It seems you are using ASH.
