Uh... that's not what blackout means.

Basically, if your BAC goes up too high, you brain loses the function to create new memories. That's what a blackout is.

Actually, blackout in medical terms means temporarily loss of consciousness. It doesn't have to be related to BAC. I figure Mike 3 lost consciousness due to lack of oxygen to brain, because of excessive sweating, a nauseating feeling, and dizziness.
