Brawl's remixes generally suck compared to other versions of the song. Like Ridley's Theme, for instance. Granted, Meta Ridley was in there, which is a good song, but that remix just isn't all that great. I've seen at least 5 better versions of Ridley's Theme

Hey guys, I've been having a bit of problems with a Song I converted into a BRSTM, let me explain myself:

I took a Megaman Zero 2 Song, Departure (the song in the Intro Stage) and converted it into BRSTM using Goldwave and Dantarion's Tool. I did everything by the book, and it even sounds well in Dantarion's Tool's Preview Player. But when I put in Brawl (I replaced it with Battlefield ver.2), when it gets to the final Sample Point, instead of Looping, it emits Static.

By the way, this it the 3rd of 6 songs I converted today, and only this one has had this, or any, problem.

Here's the steps I took to make the BRSTM:

1. Open it with Goldwave and turn it into a Stereo .wav
2. Resample it to 32000 Hz
3. Add 7936 Sample Points in the beginning, take out all the Sample Points after Sample Point nº 5102860
4. Find that the Looping Sample Point I will be using will be a 2867200 (yes, it is divisible by 14336)
5. Amplify the volume A LOT (about 3x-5x... the song sure is low!) and save
6. Open Dantarion's Tool and added it to the Queue, making sure that the Looping Sample Point is correct (2867200)
7. Testing out if it looped well with the Preview Player, and it does and then puting it into my SD card
8. Testing it out in Brawl, and then instead of looping it emits Static

First he must defrag and see how that works.
Then if that doesn't work, he can resort to formatting.
Usually it's just a simple defrag.
