DK, Jigglypuff, Kirby, and probably DeDeDe.
I don't like the floaty characters. I just can't get used to them, I end up spiralling out of control xD
I also never used any of the Mario characters in Melee, except Bowser. They're so unappealing for some reason =/

Wario - He disturbs me.
D.K. - Gigantic Monkey that is more confusing than a circle with corners.
Yoshi - His moves are just too... disjointed for my liking.
Mr Game and Watch - Moves are too static. C'mon, he lacks fluid motion.
R.O.B. - See Game and Watch*
Marth - Never was a Swordsman. Link is okay, but Marth only has his Sword going for him.
Ike - See Marth*
Samus - Sorry, never liked her. I like her naked (Not just cause it's a she.)

Falco's not really a clone any more, and either is Wolf. Anyway I'll play with everyone for about a week or two and then decide. I'm being open minded this time around, Melee I didnt exparament with people all to much once I found a good 4 people that fit my style

Donkey Kong, for sure - Very little variety in attacks.
Glad to see so much Wario hate, it'll make whipping up the surprise on my opponents much easier - he'll definitely bring some sneak to the table in terms of tactics.

In Melee I hardly used Yoshi, Ganondorf, Falco, Fox, and Pichu. Ganondorf 'cause he's too laggy and not very fun to me, Pichu because he hurts himself and is sort of a handicap (but I still love him!), Fox and Falco because they fall waaaaay too fast, and Yoshi... I dunno. Yoshi's my favorite Mario character... I just never really played him.
In Brawl, I'll probably not play Yoshi and Ganondorf for the same reasons, Ike for his lag, and Snake for his odd playstyle. Maybe Sonic, too. Even though Sonic is awesome and one of my favorite video game characters ever. o.o;

It's quite funny to see some of the best characters in the game on everyone's list (Wario, Lucas, Robot) just because they "hate" them.
Maybe you guys should play the game before deciding? I mean, I used to use DK all the time in Smash64 but I don't really use him anymore.
Anyway, for me, my least played character is Metaknight. I don't like his B moves and he has a hard time Ko-ing people. On my actual game, however, the least played character alternates between Fox, Diddy, Yoshi, and Purin.
Top 6 are: Snake, Lucas, Wario, Marth, Ike, and Pit.

Mario, Link, DK, Yoshi, Pikachu, Wario, and Jigglypuff are all pretty much gone for me, whether it be that they just don't play how I like anymore (Jigglypuff), or that I don't like them and never have or will (all the rest).
Sonic is probably my top choice of someone I will never play because I absolutely hate his play style. For me, it not only seems bland (too many ball attacks) but not very fluid. Plus I have two friends who have picked him up since I got brawl a few weeks ago (and have subsequently been shut down by my Olimar, Snake, and Wolf).
