Also rule changes don't need to be massive, things are mostly fine as they are. We just should look again at why those rules are in place vs. just saying 'stfu guys the rules are the rules'.

I dislike the idea of separating the BL and OU. While no one is going to confuse Staraptor and Salamence, an OU monster isn't necessarily harder to counter than a BL one.
Also, there's no need to drop this thread and start a new one.
