Umm where are you getting your calcs? Because in Libelldra I'm getting:

328 Atk vs 196 Def & 262 HP (120 Base Power): 216 - 255 (82.44% - 97.33%)

for Hydro Pump vs your rat. There's no way you can take 2 of those. And even if you OHKOd you'd still die from recoil.
