well I thought season 1 was about an 8 so is season 2 like a 6? =[ cuz I liked season 1 alot and heard it mainted about the same level of quality so that sucks if it goes downhill...

hmm, well that was my personal opinion. i thought season 1 was amazing, whereas season 2 was just alright.

ah I see...i'll prolly watch it tomorrow, its getting pretty late. but personally im hoping they talk more about the economics cuz I thought that stuff was really interesting, but the romance was good too.

i had it before i had one of my ext hd crash because the new wd products suck now

and i was unable to save whatever fragments were left

Personally, I liked the first arc of S2 of Spice and Wolf better than S1, but then I didn't like the 2nd arc of S2, so I ended up rating S2 the same as S1 on MAL.

since i only watch anime casually, what exactly is the source for the odd sound when kyon is not narrating/soundtrack playing? i read about sound issues only after i watched the whole thing lol.

i basically put my cheap speakers to max and placed them by my ear while looking like this the whole 2.5 hours

also my sister watched it with me

Despite this, Kimi ni Todoke also does have a light novel version, but the manga is the original work.

I'm curious, but what does this "odd sound" sound like? I didn't have that problem, but that's because I actually have a 5.1 speaker set-up.

And it's not good if one is scared by one's "sister in law"... XD Hopefully, the 3D variant in the future won't, if you know what I mean.

the voices sound muffled since he doesn't have a 5.1 setup

since it's a laptop it has a left and right speaker and no central speaker

the voices come out of the central speaker with kyon's narration in the left and right

easy fix is just set it up on a 5.1 setup

next best thing is to probably change the sound settings to the player but that might be weird

so i guess just re-encode the audio
