Bad match ups?

You believe that crap? The character you are doesn't stop you from winning, blame yourself not the character.
This is an example of a n00b. They clearly don't have the experience to talk about stuff, but they do anyway at the great annoyance of everyone else. If he'd said something like "Is there really such a thing as a bad match-up?" then he would be a newb: someone who is uninformed but open to learning how to improve.

The difference between a noob and scrub, imo, is that a scrub is unaware of how bad he really is whereas a noob will often know that he is a noob. People who think they are pros because they can beat their friends with Ike are good examples of scrubs.

A scrub will be utterly confused as to why they lose against a truly good player and try to excuse it with stuff like "you only won because you use MK," or "chaingrabs are ****ing cheap," or my favorite: "You use a gamecube controller? You c-sticking noob."
