Which way is the front? I always thought that the pointy thing was the nose, but I've seen it the other way too...[/collapse]

Butterfree uses Silver Wind! (inspired by purplekecleon)[/collapse]

I vote Metapod.

The uhh, minimalist art style really evokes the uhh, Metapodness.

Butterfree: 3/10.

These are really amazing. I hope you continue to do them. And good luck with all the Pokemon >.> I say even all of first gen pokemon would be a great accomplishment.

Ivysaur's probably my favorite, but, Butterfree the best.

I like Wartortle too, and Squirtle's baller as usual. Zard looks good.

Jolteon better be the best looking one by the end of first Gen.

:awesome:

Sick drawings though, can't wait to see how first Gen turns out.

Thanks Wiscus, Sinister, DTP, Auspher, and Seph!

I've been a little busy the past couple days, so no new Pokemon yet. Tomorrow though!

Sorry for no individual replies o.o;

Thank you Gashi and Nightmaress <3 Glad you like it so much!

@Jimmy: I think it is haha.

My watercolors arrived today, can't wait to experiment with them. :D

Tried a new technique... scaled down because the lines are pixely and ugly.[/collapse]

Though you say it was scaled down....I really like this new tech youre trying out! Really dynamic looking esp with the way you applied light to Kakuna.
Kakuna is my favorite so far haha and I cant wait to see the watercolours, why is everyone so brilliant with watercolours ;~;

Thanks Wiscus and Nightmaress! :D

I find watercolors the easiest paint to work with... You can layer the colors instead of blending them exactly right and you can be very precise.

@Nightmaress: Now I wish I spent more time on metapod too. xD
