having a venue just for smash would be pretty cool, but i think saturday is just a way more flexible day. plus maybe you'll get more entrants from those random people at the venue.

My vote would be Sunday since, not only do we have the venue to ourselves, we also have much more time to get the tourney finished.

And an IL Crew would be pretty cool

I would love to join the crew, and either day is fine by me. Sunday seems technically better due to more hours, but Saturday is typically a day where others have off. My vote would be to whichever day has the most versatility.

That is essentially the issue at hand.

More hours would definitely be better to hold a tournament, but Saturdays in general are the better day to host tournaments in terms of scheduling.

I really wish there was an easy solution, but in the end I'm going to need some more feedback. And I will try and get some more details regarding the venue...and perhaps more people can make a more informed decision on the matter.

But yeah, I'll look into more stuff...while I await some more feedback.

Yeah, the ONLY issue i see with Sunday is if people are available or not. I myself would prefer Sunday for the more hours and the like...but that's also because I'm free both days. And if it matters, it would open up the possibility of going to some tourney Saturday then having ours the next day... xD But that might be a bit much...

In any event, what ook said. :D

And about the tourney this Saturday...can I hitch a ride with someone? If so, when would you guys be leaving?

And geez some of the games on ILbrawl are really short...most of my games last easily over 5 minutes looool. Yay for slow paced, passive-aggressive, campy characters that abuse the same move over and over!

In friendlies, my matches last 2-3 min. But in tournaments, they can go as high as 6-7 min. lol
