Really, sets like that would be uncounterable. It 2HKOs the best 252/252 walls (Slowbro, Claydol, Quagsire, Shuckle, Regirock and a lot of others) and those can't hope to outspeed and OHKO him due to lack of Speed investment.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT A COUNTER TO ARCANINE, but regardless, just try to counter it. I dare you.

Even a triple swords danced aqua tail will fail to OHKO after being burned and I can stall you out until you die from burn/life orb damage. Wide Lens is to give WoW 82.5% accuracy which I assume is satsifactory for a counter.

Just coming in to say that this counter doesn't work. With those EVs, Aggron takes at least 55% from Flamethrower. Also, Moltres' base 90 speed > Aggron's base 50 speed, so Moltres will get the KO on the next turn. Too dumb to come up with an actual counter at the moment.

Err. Seviper can take one hit, outspeed and do 126% minimum with Poison Jab. It definitely doesn't fail to OHKO.

Also, this doesn't work (Choice Rule) as Sucker Punch can easily be PP-stalled out of by attacking and Synthesis every other turn, and then you Struggle yourself to death.

Also, it still needs to be decided whether Choice just has to be banned as nobody bar a few select people actually know how to use it.
