i was confused as **** too when i first started playing. Best thing to do is pick a character. Go to Solomid.net and look up one of the featured guides on the champ.

Just focus on the skills breakdown, how they level them up, and what items they buy in what order. it is a lot better than just jumping in and trying to understand wtf is going on. lol
