fun fact: from a taxonomy perspective, "fish" is a meaningless description. There isn't really a way to define them without either excluding things we call fish or including things we don't. They kinda just settled with the inclusive property. Scientifically, frogs are fish. Dinosaurs were fish. We are fish.

Basically, it's because of some badly worded laws.

There is no law ins California protecting endangered invertebrates directly. But there are laws protecting "invertebrate fish" (so things like shellfish). But the law never defines what an invertebrate fish actually is, nor does it say they have to be aquatic.

Of course they could have just made invertebrates their own protected category but this is America, we never take the sane route.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge is apparently listed as coming out on June 16th on the Japanese eShop. Not sure if this means that we'll be getting a not-E3 Direct on the 15th or 16th, but if this is actually the game's release date, then I'm definitely looking forward to getting it.
