Umm.... yes it does?

It has nothing to do with Toon Link, but it has something to do with SSB, which is in fact, a video game. Not that it even matters, since Near just released a cool combo video with the song Monsters. I don't think that song was in any Legend of Zelda game, but it was still a cool montage nonetheless.

I'm just looking for a song that sounds nice and that has good sync points. So, I picked that song. It's a familiar tune that has good sync points.

And it's just a suggestion.
