You can't footstool his recovery. He can just air dodge.

Well, idk. Maybe you can get lucky and time it before the airdodge animation starts.

If he is just starting his jump, he is screwed cause he wont build up enough momentum to make it back up if he air dodges

Your odds of foot stooling a good Yoshi 2-3%. It is haaaard to do. We can AD, egg you before DJing, and attack through it.

He air dodges during the jump, Crono.

And the egg before jump isn't a good idea unless they're far away, Chaco.

okay, I guess i haven't played a good yoshi yet
I used to footstool them right when they would start there second jump cause if they are low enough and they air dodge, they don't gain enough momentum to get back I think

I'm pretty sure air dodge doesn't change their jump distance.

Have you two played a Yoshi? They almost always upB before their second jump and then DJ and AD. Theres no break to get them with the footstool unless they mess up...BADLY.

He lives in Texas, thats prolly why. You've prolly heard of Rayzorium and Hylian though. And then theres FastLikeTree, who's one of the top Melee players in the country. His Fox is absolute beast.

yup, he's a pretty cool guy, I've fought him twice.
He ***** my TL with his Falco, and then barely beat me in a Wolf ditto, but afterwards told me it looks like I have a lot of potential. This was only shortly after Brawl came out, I'm MUCH better now, but Hylian was already well-known for his Ice Climbers.
Even his Mario only barely lost to this really good Marth player at my smash club, and the Marth player almost had a heart attack.

i dunno if i've played ur TL more than once or twice in regular brawl and even that was awhile ago, rematch i say! i don't recall the circumstances but if i did lose it was probly b/c i was getting outcamped heh (i got ETS down now though)
and i'm still new to the tourney scene really, just saying...

u KNOW ur one of the better Yoshis in the country. And yes, I beat you by out-camping you, but most of the time I don't use TL against ur Yoshi, I save Mr. O'Donnel for that.
And Clay always has trouble beating your Yoshi cuz he prefers larger characters that are easy to hit (ROB, DK). And he's too high-strung to resort to camping. I don't really give a ****, whatever scores that coveted victory.
