Tournament in the Turks & Caicos Islands

My name is Lee and me and couple of my friends been playing smash for years and i been keeping track of this site for 2 years now. And we believe we can stand strong in a tournament, probably even win. So i would like to know what would have to be to have a tournament hosted in the Island (Turks & Caicos Islands).
