Knees for the KO are always epic, no matter what.

But do you wanna' know what's even MORE epic?

I just saw this topic over at the Ganon board showing off a YouTube video of Ganon blasting like a rocket across the stage with a Reverse Warlock Punch reflected off of Pit's Mirror Shield.

It was AMAZING. I don't think the hitbox goes all the way to the end, but it definitely goes from one end of FD to at least a little past midway.

He'll kill himself if he does it from one side of Bridge of Eldin right next to the Blast Zone. However, the hitbox only lasts up to a little less than the length of half of FD depending on how perfectly the Pit put up his shield. If he times it perfectly, the hitbox will go with him a little less than half, maybe a third of FD. The rest of the boost he just has the "after-lag" of the Warlock Punch and cannot hit anything or reflected by a Pit. D:

Also, I believe there's still a bit more lag with a third player, but it IS significantly reduced once they stop sending input.

You know what would make this go a lot smoother? If we all registered each other's Brawl FCs beforehand, so that finding your opponent is a simple matter of looking up the name. What do you all say?

Also, what chat room will we be using?

about the brackets is it going to be something like where you fight ppl and then there becomes a loser ppl, where losers fight each other and the one who wins that gets to fight the champion of the Winners?

Alright, so I've gone around collecting all the Brawl FCs that I could, and although we're missing three at the moment, here are the rest. It's HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that we all register these in advance...even though you may not face someone during the tournament, having the name already registered keeps things going at a brisk pace.

Also, as suggested by Retro Gaming, I made a Xat chatroom for the tournament. Expect me to be on tomorrow by around 3:00 PM (work schedule worked out). If everyone is in attendance ahead of schedule, we'll start early.

ROT8: 5155-2660-7960

Odds are I'll be busy with dinner/chores, or somebody will want the TV at that time, so I'm iffy about being able to participate. Hac, if I'm idle/away on AIM come 6:30, just go ahead and take me off the bracket.

I know the list is already final, but I support allowing Norfair. I don't think any of the Pokes are particularly good at ledge stalling, so even if someone tried they wouldn't get very far. Plus, the lava would kick them off soon enough.

Also no Hanenbow makes me sad but Pirate Ship makes up for it.

I still can't get over how awesome your sig is, ROT8. Getting all those characters in those poses...nice. ^_^ And the Hanenbow background with the fish in the O, it's just perfect. It suits you perfectly.

So yeah, I'm won't be expecting you overall, but if you show up it'll be a pleasant surprise. It won't be a problem messing with the bracket until the tourney starts, as you well know.

Anywho, hopefully people start showing up at the chat. If everyone's ready to go ahead of schedule, we might get started up to 30 minutes earlier. Maybe, maybe not. Remember, it's:

...if it does end up asking you for a password. Thanks to ROT8 for the password idea. ^_^

Don't forget to go ahead and register all the participants on the list.

Just a few words of advice as far as the Xat chatbox goes:

1. Change your name to your forum name.

2. You can set your home page as your friend code, for easy access.

Heh...sorry guys. I got tied up in yard work and a graduation party. I did however play some decent matches against a good Wario main since I brought my Wii over for entrtainment. I also found my secondary (Fox!)

Sorry if I missed this party though. That was bad planning on my part. It didn't help that the forum died for a good day either. :/
