Ultimate Melee Newcomer Guide?

I'm new to smash and all Ive been wanting to do is learn how to become a better competitive player! I've looked everywhere but I could not find a complete guide on how to play competitively for newcomers. What's all the lingo mean? What are all the techniques the pros use and how do I do them? If anyone knows a of useful guide could they post the link? If there isn't one, I think it should be made!
