Uploading Video Files

Me and a few friends just finished a short combo video for our team, PXB.
We uploaded the video to YouTube and realized the quality was just AWFUL.
I made a full quality quicktime video of the movie, but I don't think YouTube allows you to upload that kind of file.

My question is, where/how can I upload a file for people to directly download it, or where I could embed it with full quality?
