Off the top of my head these are people who live SOR, how is it not right to have one slightly closer to us?
Seriously Alzi things can't work around how you want them.
Hell us South people used to travel near an hour to make it to Joondalup last year, you can put a bit more effort to travel 5 minutes more South.
