WarioWare D.I.Y. allows players to design their own microgames, creating their own graphics, music and designing a 'cassette' for them. Players can send their creations to other D.I.Y. owners or receive other people's works. They can also be uploaded to Nintendo Wi-Fi connection for contest purposes. Microgames made available by Nintendo can be downloaded, too.

I don't really think it sinks in how awesome this game can be; what you can do with it. In these following games, they are COMPLETELY user created. The game has been out in Japan for a few months, so they've got a head start.

Keep in mind these are all 100% original and user created:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K54tJDSc_T4 - Random collection (Simpsons, penguin suicide, gag reflex, ect.)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHqU4216x00 - One Piece anime games
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdOR0T5JC8M - More anime related games

And there's more, uh, Japanese animation "themed" games out there, as you can imagine. But I won't post them here...

Well the game is finally out! I picked it up at Gamestop yesterday, and I can already tell it's gonna be a good one. This seems like the type of game you could pick up and play for years, great legs.

Here's some more examples of good user-created games. Just check out most of this guys recently uploaded videos (on the right side, as part of his 264 uploads):

Man, the tutorial on making your own mini-game is very time consuming. Too much text to read. (tl;dr)

I love the warioware series. They are always so weird.

I remember I single handedly set a huge record in the 4 player "skipping" game on the one for the gamecube.

I think I got around 200 skips.

I suck at WarioWare games now. As in, it takes me several tries in a row to get to the boss stage. Took me like 5 tries to beat Mona's mini-games.

It's been a while since I've played a WarioWare game though. (Last game I played was Touched! and I skipped over the Wii version - Smooth Moves)

I like the idea of being able to create your own mini-games but it seems like too much work. :p
