Weird effects while playing computer; they're all slow D:

I was playing IC against a Link CPU and it was on 99 stock. The CPU gets a final smash (Smash orbs on, but items on none) and then he uses it on me, but i don't die. The effects (dust cloud when jumping, getting hit, etc) get all slow and lag out, leaving the effect there for about 1-2 seconds. If i died from the FS, then the effects would be normal, and they would become normal again when i died from something else even after getting slowed initially. This happened multiple times, but only in the same match. I have yet to try it again. I'll get video's up in a couple of minutes.
