Its obviously Sheik/IC vs Ganon.
All these other MU's require some sort of thought (ie avoiding the grab, which is possible to do). But Sheik/IC vs Ganon are just pull out one move, and ganon can't touch you. Obviously worst Mu in the game.

Ganondorf VS Ice Climbers and Sheik.
Meta Knight doesn't have such a big advantage at his MUs as Sheik and IC have against Ganon. The difference is that MK has advantage in most of his match-ups(not talking about numbers, but vs Snake, IC, Wario and Falco, for example, it can be an even MU).
Pikachu vs Fox is also an "impossible" MU. Just search at Character Discussion the MUs classifieds as "LOL".

Metaknight does actually have a couple crazy one-sided matchups. Take Metaknight vs Luigi. It's not as bad as ICs vs Sheik or Sheik vs Ganon, but it's definitely in the top ten worst matchups.
DDD has an infinite on Luigi and yet DDD vs Luigi is STILL better than MK vs Luigi =P

But yeah, ganon is the one with the most number of "****" MU's, whereas others characters usually only get screwed by a few, but badly(not counting low/bot tiers), like DK/Luigi/Mario/Fox etc...

Nope, stop saying MK ***** everyone, which isn't true at all. There aren't so many matchups that are 70-30+.
In matchups like Fox vs. Sheik Pikachu, assuming there are platforms, Fox can laser camp to get ahead, then platform camp to take damage and avoid getting CGd. After that the matchup isn't imposible. Matchups like Dedede vs. Ike, D3 has a projectile, and Ike doesn't which basically forces Ike to approach making it far more difficult (not saying that's one of the most difficult matchups, I'm saying matchups with infinites/0-deaths are more difficult if the character with the edge can force an approach.
