Where to Host?

sorry if this thread has been made....my search function isnt working for some reason

anyway..me and my friend were looking to host a tourney and realised neither of our houses are fit. where would be good places to host a small scale local tourney.
preferably cheap if not free


i realise i wont get any specific venues for my location but if anyone has any advice on any types of venues that could be used

If you're still in school, see if you can rent out a gym. If not, look for a community hall, they're relatively cheap. If all else fails, see if you can host it as an event at a library or a church. You can work your way up from there. That's how CAST got started. =)
