Yeah, because jabs, tilts, and grab attacks are useless.

I myself never use x. Some people have found it weird that I SH with y, especially as fox in melee. It gets tough, but I've gotten used to it. I SH more consistently with x, but it feels funny moving my thumb from x to a or b.

In brawl, I find myself barely using z. Shield grabs just seem so useful that I naturally shield grab in place of normal grabs now. It's probably a bad habit that I should break...

No point using L, R is just as good.
Too hard to get my thumb to Y.

I like to roll my thumb, instead of lifting and placing. Makes it faster.

i use L to shield an X to jump. I switched Y to grab although i find myself shield grabbing it still comes in handy better than Z. I don't use R or Z

My gamecube controller has an M-button, it's identical to the Z button, but on the left side. I don't think it's possible to use it...

I rarely use A since I discovered how much more convenient c-sticking is, but i do on occasion. I NEVER use my L button because it jams when I do (played a lot of Metroid Prime with it...), or Y since I always use X to jump.

The only button I shy away from would have to be the L-Button. Seriously, I just never used it at all. Actually I lied. I tried using it yesterday and it messed up my game haha. I'm just not used to it.
