WoL Which spirits can only be unlocked via Summoning method?

I heard some spirits can ONLY be unlocked by using Summon.

Is there a list of these that are summon-exclusives?

What I've figured out is basically most if not all of the spirits you're allowed to summon need to be summoned, because there's basically no other easy way to get them.

I'm looking at my summon screen (around 900 registered spirits) and about 40% of the the available summons I've already gotten. I guess there are only so many you need to summon.
