i tend to think that the samus you consider best depends on the play style??

Hugs- just the champ: mindgames, son

Wes- kinda flashy w/ good spacing??

Aniki- beast who dosent wave dash, more on the arieal side (i think??)

aftermath- great tech skill

BTW: these critques are just what i (as an uneducated smash noob) have found in verrying vids, i have seen.

i know hugs is ungodly good, yet i cant figure his playstyle at all??
i tend to favor watching wes or aniki on youtube?? IMO

Me, of course. If I go around thinking everyone is so much better than me, I tend to get discouraged. So, instead, I think that I am the best and try to fulfill it.

Hugs, he beat pc chris. he ****ing sniped his stock off like a true sniper.
If beating Pc Chris is the way you figure out if somebody is better, then it is definately wes, since pc chris (according to Dire) only beats wes with shiek now.

We should put in SHWN for consideration too. One of Canada's best Samus players, who I had the pleasure of playing tons of friendlies with at TransCanada. Some of the stuff he did to me I didn't even know was possible, even though I play a fairly decent Samus <_<... It's a shame he's not more well known, but he's really humble about himself. Heck, he could've said to me "Who do you think you're talking to? I'm Canada's best Samus!" But, instead, he just says "You look lonely, let's have some friendlies." Didn't say a word about who he was, and I didn't even know that I was facing one of the best Samus players in Canada until I got home and looked him up <_<...
