Well I dont want my girlfriend to know i play this game to be honest
Why? What's wrong with playing Brawl? If your girlfriend can't respect your interests....well, bah. Who am I to say anything? That just seems kind of wrong to me, when you have to hide something you enjoy from someone so important.

If I had a girl friend, I would be happy. Sadly, there are no girls that are in my class that like video games. BTW, the other girls aren't smart. I also like smart ones. I am in pinnacle, which is for smart kids. I wish there was a girl that liked video games, and was cool. Now that I think of it, I don't even know any girls that like video games. -.-

If I ever come to have a girl friend, I will at least try to get her to play once. I think the hardest part in this is to get the girl to play. For I am, the Captain Falcon of my class.

Hell, my Girlfriend has been better than me at melee ever since she learned wave-shining.

She'll be maining fox still in brawl and kickin my *** still, I'm sure.

i don't think she would play brawl, but she plays halo w/ me and she pwns at mario kart: double dash. She would probably try it though, now that there is co-op subspace so i won't kill her all the time like i would in melee.

Of all the places I thought I wouldn't be reminded of the fact that I lack a girlfriend and/or life. :/

If I had one, I'd probably ask, but no luck in the former so no options for the latter.

I know a guy whose girlfriend is a pretty good gamer (for the longest time she wasn't too good at 3rd Strike, but then she got really good in like a month's span. And by good I mean she can beat both him and me pretty fiercely now ), and she played a bit of melee, so she'll probably try Brawl at least

Hmm... I really can't think of anything super clever to respond to this with. <_< Either way, if I had a girlfriend, which I don't, I'd like her to at least share similar interests as me, so I can have something to talk about with her. If you can't speaketh the truth about your gaming desires to her, then you shouldn't speaketh to her at all. Hiding stuff killz relationships IMO, no matter how trivial it may be... Trying to get away with unimportant stuff, on the other hand, is another story. :p

i don't think so because after i win my 5th or 6th straight match in a row shes going to be like, "let's play mario party" and that point i'm going to yawn and be like let's go to bed

Well, I have a reason.

She calls Fire Emblem... "the game with the guys on horses." She's also commented on why I like Smash Bros so much...

"All you do is pick a creature, stand on a platform and knock each other off. That's dumb."

So that's a no. =D
HAHAHAHAH....that brought a smile to my face :)

Edit: My girlfriend plays as Kirby...sadly...in SSBM whenever she does play, which isn't incredibly often. But she does have a pretty fun time with it. I imagine she will enjoy playing Brawl with me because Kirby won't suck so much. Come to think of it, half the people I know main as Kirby because "he can suck people up and spit them out and steal their abilities"...too bad they don't understand that Kirby sucks. My girlfriend likes to do the whole "if I move the controller in a direction it will help my character move that way too" thing as well. Kinda funny.

To quote my girlfriend:
"I love Smash Bros., I just don't obsess over it like you."
Maybe that's why she spams crappy movies like Yoshi's Egg Roll and Mewtwo's disable.

I did that for about the first 10 minutes I played Twilight Princess, because it was the first time I had the Wiimote. I also leaned the first 10 minutes I played Mario Galaxy for other reasons. e_e

Fun fact: I ALSO also used to lean when playing the original Mario Kart. :D

Thanks for reminding me that I lack a social life.

There are only three girls who will play Brawl with me:
First one is obsessed with Tekken and will make me play that with her instead
Second one plays games like Hello Kitty: Roller Rescue.
Third one is my sister.

My girlfriend doesn't like video games :(
She does enjoy old-skool Sonic games though, and with Sonic being in Brawl maybe I'll be able to convince her.

We can't play Melee together because I always whoop her *** and then she gets mad at me for beating her and has a strop. But I'm not allowed to go easy on her either because that's just as bad apparently. There's no winning.

BUT, Brawl has Co-op everything as well as the ability for us to do team-matches against other players online, so it's safe to say we'll be Brawling loads.

I'll have to put up with constant squees over how cute Kirby is and how she fancies Marth though. She fancies Samus too though so it's all good.

Two of my female partners in crime play Smash in my gaming group. But the truth is, not many gaming girls would play on a high level like most of us do in here, but if it's just for fun then most answers will be yes.

She will play as long as she doesn't have to play against me. She hates losing and she is unskilled. Not a good combo. Probably be nice to have around for co-op. I guess she could give me a BJ while I play online or something.
Same exact situation. Though BJ's aren't bad.

My girlfriend thinks Smash is OK, but she gets discouraged when I demolish her all the time. lol Her biggest problem is recovering, but if she ever gets that down she'd be pretty decent. I'm sure we'll play Brawl together at least a few times but by and large she likes slower paced games that are simpler to play (like Super Monkey Ball lol).

See, I think this is one of the (many) times that being gay totally pays off. I mean, my boyfriend is just as hardcore as me (if not more) and can royally kick my *** in Smash Bros. as well as many other games. He's smokes me 100% of the time in FPSs, lol.

But yeah, I know a few girls that play Smash (and rather well, might I add) but generally any girlfriends I had before I came out were stereotypically against games at large. They didn't wanna hear about them let alone play them - so I kind of feel bad for those of you who can't share one of the most rewarding feelings with the one you love. Lol. But I'm sure your girlfriends are good for other things, ;)

-Age
I envy you deeply from the inside xD

But yeah, I'm single but I know that if I had a boyfriend he would be into gaming as much as I am, and if not, I don't think it would be that difficult to get him into it ;)

I'm sure I'll play with my girlfriend a lot, although usually on a team I'm sure. Girls weren't brought up like us. Their parents gave them dolls and... dolls. My dad got me an NES as soon as I had my motor skills, and I've played every Nintendo system since INCLUDING the Virtual Boy.

Girls usually have the disadvantage in competitive games like this.

My lady friend has a Gamecube, and one game; Melee.
She'll play Brawl with me, but she'll probably suck.

This is a smash bros website, so I'm sure the people here have retrofitted their computers to play smash with them...
I programmed my computer to be like Tivo, but with porn...it takes some time for it to get the right idea.

"I see you like doggy style sex. How about some dog sex."

Yeah...
