I'm going to make a Yoshi forums site. The problem is, I can't find a good site to make it. Freewebs doesn't have forums, Awardspace isn't working, can anyone give me a site that I can make or upload one?

(I use Frontpage)

I'm not sure if this would fall under advertising a new site.

However, if you do make those forums, make sure you ask people to PM you about it or something. Advertising other sites is against smashboards rules for good reasons.
