From what I got out of it, it's Aerial Canceling

Meaning that you can cancel an aerial into another one. Ie, 2 Hit Bair to Uair

hmm, Yone uploaded this video a while ago showing Yoshi doing a DJC on a slope. I thought it was just a rare glitch though.
