WTF, who wins?
The rules say that if someone uses a technique to freeze the game, that player looses the match.
But: who did actually start the freeze?
The Pika by mashing his buttons?, Or the Yoshi, by grabbing? lol

^There be my vote. Just make sure you're not grabbing with the very, very tip of Yoshi's tongue in a standing grab below 50% or w/e if you know your opponent has set up his control scheme so he can get out quickly, like with K Prime's set up.

Ok, and it appears that Pikachu is one of the few characters to not force a ground break in that situation, so it seems like it's Pikachu's, as long as we follow that rule. (And if it only works on air releasing before they get in your mouth)

It's the opponents fault imo. It was his input that causes the freeze, not Yoshi's.

I already made my post on this ****. If the freeze does NOT happen when someone ISN'T mashing, then it's at the opponents fault.

Apparently, it can also happen during a chain-grab, too.

It's still the opponent's fault, though.

Logically, it really is the opponent's fault. Either the match needs to be restarted at the percents and time, or K Prime's setup should be banned.

It's easily the person that is grabbed that should be at fault. Seriously, what is Yoshi supposed to do? Screw himself due to a glitch that took over two years to discover?

Besides, it's not like you don't have time to escape before a pummel/throw.

It's the non-Yoshi's fault, but to be fair, it's just trying to mash out as fast as possible, so it's hard to really call it a blatant glitching.
