I thoroughly enjoyed this song. I found the diction in his third stanza to really sum up his overall outlook on the relation between his peers and himself. The narration to begin the piece is helpful in understanding his background, I feel as if it's more or less an anthem for middle-class America to establish themselves in their community as. For the song in its entirety, I would analyze it as an allegory for the hardship faced in modern times.
