Pretty much all the songs, but if I had to choose, I'd say:

- Legend of Zelda - Main Theme / Dungeon Remix (because it's just that great)
- Super Mario Bros. 3 - Airship Fortress (it was always one of my faves)
- Kirby - Gourmet Race (such a great remix deserves to be in the list; Butter Building almost made it)
- Mother 3 - Smashing Song of Praise (nearly made it: Snowman / F-Zero - Mute City)
- Animal Crossing - The Roost (a calm serene song which nearly brought a tear to my eye)

Aw , it's very hard to decide T_T

EDIT: Oh of course, some of my favorites include Tetris music and Dr. Mario's "Chill" ^^

Gourmet Race from Kirby- Metal version= Do want

Humoresque of a Little Dog from Earthbound- catchy banjo, not to mention I heart Earthbound

Go KK Rider from Animal Crossing- Me and my friends actually played the original AC track during a round of Melee once and absolutely loved how well it went with the fight.
