It doesn't actually do anything, all it does is make Jigglypuff bigger. She's not stronger or heavier or anything, just gigantic. In fact, as a result, she will KO herself in a few seconds most of the time for jumping too high.

I'm not sure why I'm a noob. How is being annoyed and confused by the controller noises idiotic? I mean, I even went as far as possible explaining/justifying it myself. Yet I'm a noob? Edit: Thank you for your praise, however. I suppose it's a fair trade off.

You have a lot to learn when it comes to naming your techniques. You're going to be flamed, you don't name a technique after yourself. It will be renamed almost immediately.

The rumor was the initial Brawl delay was due to there being copyright issues over Geno. The game was delayed to remove him.
