I love the fountain platforms to utilize kirbys dash attack movement.

After getting wrecked by D1s marth I really need to sit and analyze that matchup. It seems so bad that I'm considering picking up a secondary for that matchup XD

Not sure how many people know this but you can actually dash attack from the middle platform on lylat and get a lagless landing on the side platform. ontop of the ledge ****ing certain characters it's a pretty strong counterpick.

The key to the lucas matchup imo is nair out of sheild. if he's doing short hop pk ice into sheild pressure, duck the ice and short hop nair to get him off you. lucas is combo food. once you get him offstage try to bait his up b and either smack the bolt with a back air or jump nair. inhale scum...

Also, on a different note I was in the lab and I was practicing some land cancels off his dash attack (if you go off a platform onto the stage) and I realized if you immediatly dash in the opposite direction you moved in you actually keep some of that forward momentum. You can use that momentum...

I play against ELI a lot, who is a great DK player in PM. I don't think the matchup is that bad at all. You can essentially walk all over him in the neutral game, as he has pretty much no fast moves except for his up b, but that can be easily baited out. You can combo hammers on him really well...

Some characters can grab him backwards during the crossup. I've seen someone drop sheild and reverse JC Grab me and still get me.

You miss your short hops out of sheild a lot. it's really important to get the timing on that. saw your SH bairs going right over the ivys head. You could have done a bit more nair out of sheild to avoid pressure.

In the upcoming free saltines combo video the credits will be a sequence of me kirbyciding people. I love kirbys scum game, it's always been great but it's in top form in this game.
