Sangan could tutor the important parts of several decks. I do agree he could have stayed, and would rather tgu got hit directly instead, but any searcher that generic was just waiting for something to break it. In this case, it was TGU that signalled the beginning of the end.

I'd agree tiaramissu would get banned at that point. People are getting hyped for diamond dire wolf, who I don't see being particularly good outside of fire kings, and tiaramissu is just better for every other deck to do the same thing better.

I think the deck runs best as a stun/tiaramissu spam build. So double summons, level 4 and a load of traps. Tiaramissu is absolutely amazing, but I have never seen a deck with so much anti-synergy, in that they actively make it hard for their best card to be live.

I got 16th after going 5-2 with ninja hieratics at a wcs qualifier yesterday, including beating all 3 macro rabbits I came across. Hieratics are pretty good.

Ftilt is easy to cc, or can easily be punished if it misses or hits a shield. And grabs or dash attack tend to have better reward.

Falcon is pretty much the same. The only match ups which significantly change due to the changes are Sheik vs floaties, and sheik no longer has a kill option from a grab (unless they hold in on dthrow like a noob), making those a bit harder. Other than that, characters tend to win for the same...
