  • Rather have range than power. You'll be getting to KO range using other moves. It's connecting with the attack that's the problem.

And in exchange, we get a buffed up special move that should never hit the opponent if he knows how to jump.

    At least Pound > Jesus.
25 frame invincibility + 573952202849 seconds of lag time = the definition of a trump card.
I'm loving b-air more and more as I'm using her. And hating D-air equivalently.
I can never get Rest to work out. But I'll figure out the timing, and work on hitting with it during multihit moves.

    Ganon for G tier? Finally?
The dtilt thing only seems to work against not metaknight multijump characters.
    At least for me.
Maybe some other day we can ness vs. ROB.
    DDDDD :
It's the king of all cosmos, from katamari.
Great game, you should play it.
Oh by the way, is my ness good or sucksauce?
I haven't played for a while so I think I've been pretty bad with him.
    gg's.
I was just about to bust out mah ness.
Killer rob, I want to play him with someone besides DDD (I just used him tonight for the first time)
Range and priority go hand in hand concerning aerial attacks. It's a matter of which hitbox hits the opponent's hurtbox first. I hate u-air though, it's too slow for me.

Any multi-hit move can be interrupted by Rest, including Falco's F-air. But I knew Falco's F-air sucked within the first few matches I played as him, so I'm not surprised you think so too :p
It's moments like that that make me believe ROB is the best character in the game, if not part of S-tier.

My Jiggy needs work, big time. I entered DTP's Gym Leader tourney, and I chose Jiggs as I one of my 6 characters.
I Brawl against him semi-consistently, and the only characters he gives me trouble with is his MK and Diddy. But his MK planks and does SL all the away across the stage, and his Diddy is, simply, Banana throw -> D-smash/f-throw, rinse and repeat, so I just run out the clock against his MK, and play gayer vs. Diddy. It evens out. His Pika is not that tough, especially against my Sonic (8D), and his Snake is Mortar slide and tilts galore, but otherwise manageable.

He is talk, but to his credit, he picks up on characters extremely quick, maybe faster than I do. It's his ego that really tarnishes him.

Just look at the thread he posted, and seem how inflated it is.
My Wii has been busted for over 2-3 months already, so yeah... I got some old videos in my signature, though, if you wanna see more or less how I used to play before (same concept, except now I'm much more polished, safer and do better follow-ups)...

Just click on the Kirby icon. :p
I should have stopped playing ShTH.Maybe I could have joined your Brawls.

Sonic, Luigi, and Pokemon Trainer are my three mains for now, I've decided. I haven't played Wario or DDD in forever, Lucas and Olimar in a while.

Sonic, Luigi, Pokemon Trainer, Pikachu, Diddy Kong, Wolf, Olimar, and Falcon/Ganon are the ones I use frequently. I think I should go back to using Diddy more though.
    I wish I was that LEGIT ;;

I can take him on handily on FD, but anywhere else, it goes even, except BF and Lylat, where he destroys me
I think I've asked him before, and he told me he doesn't.

He does have an AllisBrawl account though.
~Late reponse. Oh hi lol. I was in a team battle. Sonic Storm's and my Sonic aren't that different to be honest with ya. I just tend to run more than him. He's a better Sonic than me too.

I can't brawl right now sorry, maybe tommorow or somethin?
    Practice.

Bowser's grab releases are a timing thing. Once you get that down, you're set.
It has to do with platforms and momentum. (Or ledges/momentum.. w/e) from what I remember.

Basically you fair just as you land on the platform, you slide off, and you fair again.

It's hard to do stuff like that in Brawl. :( But I have

Also getting hit by a move as your fair connect (even more rare) and immediately fairing again.
He is if Diddy doesn't know the matchup. xD

    Diddy can't.

I know how to fair twice. ^_^
I think you pretty much just won the argument, and said what I wanted to say in a far simpler way.
I've faced a G&W named Paper, whom is a random SoCal.

Honestly, he's harder then Valdens was. :x I was most of my knowledge off him and theorycraft....

G&W is literally a 2D character. Easy to pick up, has good tools, but isn't as amazing as people think.
Hahaha why don't you like Diddy?! ;P who is your main? UT is cool, no scrubs, all chill people :)
Haha thanks a lot :) Wait until you get to see the Grand Finals/Loser's Finals sets! Hehe.

at 1:00 in that vid, what I did was wait for the diddy hump to be done (otherwise I would have kicked XD) and then I B-reverse popgun cancelled!

The input (if you're facing forward and moving forward in the air) is:

B > mash backward on the control stick > shield to cancel the popgun

    all VERY fast.

So if I were moving to the right, and facing the right, I would input

    B > left > R (my shield button)

    :D
