Brawl+ enemy difficulty is a godsend. Anyway, to be perfectly on-topic...Level 9 CPU's don't seem to hard to me; at least, not to my Kirby, Lucario, Falco, ICs, and Olimar...others, probably a different story. Just keep practicing. And, like others have said, it's best to fight them...

So does that mean that you could replace one of the current animations with, say, PK Freeze/Pulse? If I'm correct in assuming that...you could try, for Geno Blast, using the character animation for PK Freeze. It seems like it'd look the best for that attack. Oh, a couple things I've noticed...

Well, that becomes a problem when I'm twenty feet from the ledge and can't move left/right when I'm holding down PSI Magnet. She keeps spamming it until she knows I'm dead; in other words, I can't move towards the ledge, and if I PK Thunder, I'll be unable to defend myself.
