Whichever match up you have trouble with, go to that character's board and see what character they complain about. Then, use what they are complaining about against them.

I think Mega Man will eventually be pretty much Top of B tier or Bottom of A. There are too many ways to be obnoxious with MM and not enough ways to cheese him.
