    After your third shot, you can also (without any lag) short hop straight backwards and begin another barrage of shots. Mega Man's horizontal air speed is pretty great, so you wind up right where you started.

    Also, enable Game Mode if your TV has it. With both of those things, most of your lag should be cut.

    I find that just pressing the corner of the button and sliding it off helps. You can also just do an extremely fast tap but that may be slightly harder.

    It is worth noting that you can cancel the landing lag on an aerial Whirling Fortress by holding backwards on the Control Stick.

    This is a very ambitious project, even moreso than Phanna's matchup chart I'd suggest reversing the order of the top row only, and only filling in the topleft half, that way you'll save on duplicating data but this won't be reliable for ages and many tourneys

    This is a great resource! Thanks for making it. I really think you need to add Lucario and 100% and Lucario at 180% as "separate characters" since his damage and knockback can more than double.
