i dont know any specifics for GAW vs Diddy, i would check the GAW match-up thread. also, there are a few stages that can take diddy's banana game completely out of the match. stages such as rainbow cruise, which is one of GAW's best stages, or norfair. on rainbow cruise, diddy's recovery...

^^what he said also, from my experience, most opponents take G&W's dair to the face quite often, and when it misses, i can usually cover myself pretty quickly with fsmash usmash dtilt or escape with up-b. BUT this is definitely not always true, against higher caliber or smart players...

lol, EPIC. someone out there has a G&W montage and theres like a 30 second section of him tech chasing > 9, its glorious. im actually gonna look for that right now, ill post it if i find it... EDIT: found it, but i guess i was exaggerating when i said 30 seconds lol...

im nowhere near as wise as PentaSalia, but one thing you could work into your G&W game is escaping with up-b. escaping close encounters with the parachute is your fastest and safest option, and is much much better out of shield than G&W's roll which is terrible. btw, we should play s'more G&W...

one method is to tech chase a down throw with judgment. after a down throw you basically try to predict which way your opponent will roll to get up, and you should be able to hit them as soon as they get up. it takes a little practice to get the timing, location, and guesswork down to tech chase...

alright i was little out of it yesterday from my wisdom teeth operation, vicodin turns my brain into jello. i plan on possibly making an Intro to G&W thread and explain all the important techs, etc., but as for now ill just brainstorm some things that you can do your own research on or start...

Is it a faux pas to have an avatar of a real person? I just saw a little ways up this thread that Victra's avatar picture was a person but that's the first I've seen.
