this is why kevin is a good choice for a mod - he's part of the community.

i will say he's too easy on us though. i've been trying to get infracted for a little while and he hasn't given me one.

it's very unlikely that i can go.
i am incredibly broke and if i get this job today, if they start me on training this weekend, i'm not going to skip on that.

Okay, so.

If you don't get the job today, I'd be happy to contribute to your car's gas/your food because I (and I'm sure everybody else) would really like to have you guys here.

If you do get the job today, it seems kinda unlikely that they would want to start training you this weekend so you're still probably good.

If you do get the job today, and they do want to start training you immediately, then that is completely understandable and congratulations on your new job.

And I personally think there's enough time for pools, but this is operating under the assumption that people actually play their matches on goddamn time. Honestly, if each set took 10 minutes, with only 5 tourney setups running you could easily play out pools within around 1.5 hours if not less... people just need to stop screwing around and listen >_> Then again, this is smash; since when does anyone actually do things in a responsible organized fashion
