Darn. I was too slow to post my rant about how Masterhand ruling makes so much more sense than Hitlerdorf owning Boswer... oh welll...

As for this week, Lucas is that little kid who finally decides to, instead of running from his bully, actually do something about it. He finally drops a set, balls up his fists, and actually fights for his friends. That takes serious guts, man. That's respectable. Ike's just rushing into a possibly fatal situation for no friggin reason. Although it's obvious that the Tank is a Bad Tank, he's still rushing out there, possibly to get his butt kicked if Marth and Metaknight weren't there to save his butt. But Lucas, he's getting ready to kick Wario's rear up and down the ruins, and with the reason of revenge, there's not much else to motivate him. The Pokemon Trainer is going to need Squirtle just to clean up Wario's Dead remains by the time Lucas is finishing him off. (if you can't tell now, I'm in favor of the Wario and Lucas Rematch) Come on though... Wario's all (you're next muhaha), and Lucas is all (omg... I remember you.... you killed my friend... you're GONNA PAY! ROOOOAAAARR!). That makes me feel all warm inside. No wait, that's heartburn... But my point remains valid!

What’s unique?

Some of Toon Alligators moves forces his Axe to do some far range stuff, and if the axe gets hit on its travels, it drops onto the floor motionless and waits to be picked up (if the axe is hit off stage, it automatically goes back into the Alligator’s hand), plus, when he doesn’t have the axe in his hand, he can’t use any of the moves which needs his axe. Simple enough?

Stats:

Size: 3.5/10 Slightly smaller than Mario
Weight: 2.5/10 being as light as Pikachu
Strength: 6/10 Don’t judge a book by its cover
Walk: 4/10 this is surprisingly quick for its size
Run: 5/10 However, not much changes from his walk to his run.
First Jump: 5.5/10 This is good for someone his size.
Second Jump: 5.5 the same as above.
Fall Speed: 5/10 This average for his size.
Aerial mobility: 7/10 This has good mobility, being a bit worse than Marios
Range: 5/10 He might have an Axe, but he still lacks range
Projectile range: 6.5/10 They reach a good distance, but they don’t really have standard projectile properties.
Crouch: 7/10 He… lowers his head… yeah, I know!
Traction: 6/10 average yup!

Standard Attacks:

Neutral A: Defence Mode

Toon Alligator crouches down, and sticks his axe in front of his face while having his eyes closed. Toon Alligator can take a maximum of 20% while in their shield. Just like all the monsters, the shield can’t be shield poked, but has the lack of OoS options. They can hold their shield forever if they like, but if the opponent deals that much damage in one go, they become stunned for 2 seconds, and unable to shield again for 30 seconds. The rolls and dodges are the same speed as Pikachu. You can tech with this as well.

Dash Attack: Chomping Chomp Chomp Chomp

When I say chomp, I mean *uses mime* yam yam yam. It’ an Alligator, it loves to bite. As Toon Alligator runs, he leans down and does a dash forward before biting once, a bit like Bowsers dash attack. This has low start-up lag with quite a bit of ending lag, but with decent priority. This makes the Toon move a stage builder block forward, meaning this has good range on this move, and that THIS MOVE CONTAINS NO AXE! This does 12% and mid diagonally upward knockback. This isn’t the greatest of moves, as it has a bit too much ending lag to be a good follow up move (as the move hasn’t got the greatest of knockbacks ever)
[12%]

Forward Tilt: Go fix that!

The Toon puts his axe down on the ground, and it turns around to look at the alligator, and then he points forward, which makes the axe go forward 3/4s of Final Destination with its head down (awwww). This seems to do bugger all at first, but when it goes into a obstacle or Trap, IT ACTIVATES THE EFFECT OF THE TRAP, But ACTUALLY AVOID IT BEFORE GETTING HIT. One example of this would be if it goes passed a Snakes C-4, it would be shocked/scared and run back to the alligator, and that this automatically forces the C-4 to do its affect. Another example is that Bowser remix sets up the bullet bill cannon, and when the axe goes into it, it will chop it, and carry on going forward. This has low start-up and ending lag for the Alligator, and the axe moves slightly faster than Luigi’s fireball. This does no damage, and that this also means that the axe can be attacked at the same time, so you can use your non-axe moves to project it. TAKE THAT TRAP CHARACTERS!
[0%]

Upward Tilt: Chop Chop

The alligator slightly crouches down, and then jumps up a stage builder block upwards and has his axe above his head, and spins around on a slight axis. This has low start-up and ending lag with disjointed priority. This only works if you have the axe in your hand, and that this does 7 multiple hits. This does a maximum of 13%, and knockback that is the same as Sonics up smash (including those semi spikes). This has great damage raking qualities, and can counter those approaching from the air quite good.
[A maximum of 13%]

Downward Tilt: Dig Dig

The Toon sticks his axe into the ground in front of himself, and then pulls it out from the ground. This does 7% and low-high horizontal knockback with disjointed priority, but this has low range. While this doesn’t seem to do much now, but if there is a trap in the ground, the alligator will then flick it 2.5 stage builder blocks into the air vertically, and then it activates its effect mid-air, away from the Toon and his axe. Depending on the size of the trap, depends on how long it takes to dig out the trap (making the ending lag even longer, although normally it’s low, and the start-up lag is also low). This dig move also affects any character underneath the stage, and digs them up as well, doing 14% and mid-high upwards knockback. Also good for getting rid of traps, and be a situational anti-air move, and can be more useful that his forward tilt at times.
[7%/14%]

Smash Attacks:

Forward Smash: Axe-e-rang

Do I hear boos? Bah hamburgers! This obviously involves the axe, douche. This is a 2 parter, similar to how Links Forward smash works. Toon Alligator holds the axe with 2 hands, and proceeds to spin around to his left with the axe in hand, being a good GTFO move. This has low start-up lag, but it has a little bit of ending lag. This has quite low range, but has disjointed priority. This does 14% (19% fully charged) and mid (high-low knockback fully charged) horizontal knockback.
[14 – 19%]

If you press A again just when he turns back around, the Toon then throws his axe the distance of Falcos side special. The axe goes about a similar speed to links Gale Boomerang. This has a lot of ending lag; the Toon will only be able to move if he gets hit or grabs the axe again. If you do get hit in the middle of this, the axe will drop to the ground, and needs to be picked up again to be used. This does 9% (14% fully charged) and low-high (mid knockback fully charged) horizontal knockback. This covers a great distance, and at 40 odd percent, it can be linked by both parts. This works better as a GTFO move than a projectile.
[9 – 14%]

Up Smash: Bend and Bite

THIS DOESN’T NEED THE AX TO WORKS! The Alligator extends his body out 1.5 stage builder blocks long, and then spins around twice anti-clockwise while biting constantly. The mouth is the sweet-spot of this move, and the body is a weaker hit-box. Also, the bite has hit-lag similar to wolf’s forward tilt. This has little start-up lag, but has the duration of Wario’s down smash. This covers great range due to extending it body greatly, and that this also has decent priority. The Sweet-spot does 18% (26% fully charged) and mid-high, almost high-low (High knockback fully charged) horizontal knockback. The Sour-spot does 15% (20% fully charged) and mid (high-low knockback fully charged) horizontal knockback. The hit-box stays out the entire duration so it can’t be shield grabbed easily, but it can easily be punished by long ranged moves. This is one of his only KO moves. Yes, this is an up-smash move, got any complaints?
[15 – 20%/18 – 26%]

Aerials:

Forward Air: Axe absorber

The Toon Alligator holds his axe out horizontally, and then the blade turns bright blue with blue energy going towards it from a stage builder block away. This has low start-up and ending lag, with quite a bit of landing lag. If anyone sends an energy based projectile into the range of the energy, it will go into the axe, making it the same colour as the projectile. This also adds the element of the projectile to each axe based moves, and that it does an added 2% to each axe based moves with knockback that can kill 9% early than the norm. This effect will last for the rest of your stock. This is useful if you’re struggling with KOing the opponent.
[0%]

However, if you press this again after absorbing an energy based projectile, Toon Alligator will then stick its axe forward, and then it shoots a big ball of energy (colour is based off the absorbed projectiles colour) forward, doing the elemental damage of the projectile. The element doesn’t change the properties of this move! Sure, but why make a character unnecessarily harder to understand, Isn’t the game around Toon World hard enough to keep tabs on already? The projectile is about the size of a stage builder block, and travels 3/4s of Final Destination forward at the speed of Ivysaurs side-b. This has a bit of start-up and ending lag, but has quite a bit of landing lag. This does a total of 16% and mid-high horizontal knockback. A good powerful KO move with lots of range.
[16%]

An Alligator with magical powers o.O? Blasphemous!

Backward Air: Sluggish Swinger

This is useless when you don’t have the beloved axe. The Toon turns around, and as he turns around, he holds the axe with both hands, and then swings it upwards as he finally turns around completely, and at the same time making a big screech for the power of the move. If you hit the opponent with this move, multiple cartoon stars will appear, and the opponent will also get a red lump as well. This has quite a bit of start-up, ending and landing lag, but it can be auto-cancelled right before the swing, and right after it as well. This does a powerful 16% and high horizontal knockback. Mastering the auto-cancelling will be hard, but they can perform a good fake-out, with them either spot-dodging and shielding, and you can quickly grab them from there.
[16%]

At least the visual effects ain’t make it look gravy

Upward Air: Spin me right round baby

The Toon grabs hold of the axe with both hands, and spins forward very quickly. This makes Toon Alligator go upwards the same distance as Samus’s up-b in the air, just a tad quicker. This has little start-up and landing lag, but TONS of ending lag. This has a sweet-spot, which just so happens to be the axe (which means the body is the worse-r hit-box). The sweet-spot does 15% and mid-high diagonally upwards knockback. The sour-spot does 11% and mid horizontal knockback. This is effective against characters that have slow movement in the air, as you’ll be able to hit them easily and gimp them off the stage. This doesn’t induce free-fall!
[11/15%]

Downward Air: Shut up, Bite me!

Toon Alligator extends his body bigger again so it’s the length of 1.5 stage builder blocks. He spins around clockwise, making his body turn into a coil, and then he takes a big breath before biting downwards, doing downwards knockback. This has a little bit of start-up lag, but has quite a bit of ending and landing lag, and this also has great priority. The spin does 5 multiple hits that do 8% and sends the opponents downwards slightly into his mouth. The bite does 8% and is a powerful meteor smash. This can be a good KOer, but it has DI-able multiple hits, and lag that makes this unable to be great at damage raking.
[A Maximum of 16%]

Grab:

This has low range, and the speed of the grabs is the same as Pikachus. For a fun effect, the Toon puts the axe behind their neck, so that they can’t get out (they can).

Pummel: Knee to the gut
Ummmmm, yeah, the title says it all! This is semi quick as well, so it’s great for damage raking. This does 1% with every kick. Gosh, only a sentence for this… sob sob!
[1%]

Forward Throw: Food? Yes please!

The Toon puts the opponent into its mouth, and starts to chomp on the opponent a lot, and then spits them out for a set knockback which sends the opponent ¼ of Battlefield forward. You can also press A to bite moar and quicker. Each bite does 2%, and you’ll likely to rake in 12% before the end of this move. This has little ending lag, and a set knockback that makes it to follow up with.
[2% with each munch]

Backward Throw: Over-head throw

The alligator tries to do a back suplex, but he couldn’t lift the opponent up the first time, but he tries again, and successfully throws the opponent backwards… not very far at all. This does 6% and low horizontally downward knockback. This has quite a bit of ending lag for the chap as well, and that the opponent can tech this as well. Lol, this’ll back-fire more times than success.
[6%]

Upward Throw: Alligator Flipper

The Toon Alligator lies down on the floor completely flat! What? DO SOMETHING! This forces the opponent to jump on his head, and that they will flip over behind him the size of their first jump in a ball, and that they can’t stop nor control where they’re going until they hit the ground. This does 2 – 12% to yourself depending how heavy the opponent is, and none to the opponent. This also has quite a bit of ending lag for the reptile as well! Ain’t it obvious how to use this? This is mean’t to be used next to the edge, and make the opponent fall to their pit. This is a great gimper for those like Wario and Jigglypuff (good luck grabbing them), but is more situational for characters like Ganondorf and Luigi, with a bad first jump and/or bad aerial mobility.
[None for the foe, 2 – 12% for you. How nice?]

Downward Throw: Foul Taste

The Toon Alligator sticks the opponent into his mouth, and he swishes the opponent around his mouth before spitting the opponent downwards to the ground, making them go into their prat-fall (tripped) state, and he will then wipe his tongue. This has a bit of ending lag for the Toon. This does 6% and sends the opponent a Wolf’s F-smash away from you. You can try to tech chase this, but, you’ll most likely miss the opponent due to bad range, so try to use a more rangier attack.
[6%]

Toon Alligators Playstyle:

Toon Alligator has a good Trap-Destroy game, surely, more characters need this quality to enforce less trap characters are made…

Be really, he has Forward Tilt and Downward Tilt to destroy them, so trap based characters are toast, sure they can place another one, but you can also do this again. His Forward Air is a good anti-camper, as he’ll get his own powerful projectile, and power-up all his axe attacks, plus that the card monsters are generally great projectile absorbers (as they can simply let go their guard, and then put them back up).

His axe mechanic isn’t actually that much of a biggy, actually, since like only Forward Tilt and Forward Smash are the only moves which he doesn’t use his axe in his hands, so don’cha worry your little grey hairs Pegasus players!

Toon Alligator has a fair few KO moves at his disposal, about the same amount as Wario, but less reliable, and he has some moves that have very little lag such as the up tilt and up air. Toon Alligator kind’ve have to counter the opponents movement, and punish their mistakes, as not every character has trap based playstyle, so just be ready to bait them into your moves and a semi decent grab game which can provide as a really good gimp against some characters (Remember my Tails Doll? He would be crisped by the up throw)!

Tyfighter, that's absolutely hilarious. Does it really do that? Can it honestly fit in that easily? That's funny on so many levels. Nice photoshop, by the way. I gotta learn to do that. I could add some comedy to my responces, besides the long as heck rant.
