oh wow, i read venice and i was thinking it was far away, like under miami, but its only 2 hours from my house. Me, and by proxy Force, are coming to this

by proxy force..... lol. yeah ur lucky i have a deep wallet going to EVERY single tournament in florida gets painful after a while; esp when i'm playing link. I had a nightmare last night that "I" was link reaching for a ledge but falling short and then falling infinitely into the abyss... ;jk. I'm irish and stuffs but if u see me start wearing green and trying to stab red headed people send me to rehab.

yeah there will be darkside kids there but dont worry about them for the most part they are all scrubby...

gsm will be there, you and your friends, and i know some cfl ppl will come for this, as well as maybe a little swfl

I am 100% going to be there, I'm bringing God from SBR and maybe Key if I can get a hold of him. I'll bring a wii if we cant get any others.

Doesn't matter to me if they're scrubby or not, they still help add to the pot and the door fee so the owner of the store is happier. :D

I hope Nero, Abscent, and especially Polmex can make it out to this one.
These tournys will be the replacement to the Darkside tournys.
Im done hosting tournys until I find a new venue...

The venue is definitely spacious and it EVEN has a pool table.

You and Abe should come down and hang out there with us sometime. I think they even do $5 for the whole night on Saturdays rather than the normal $5/hr


Also, 2 funny stories:

me and Dect went there last night and I spent 15 minutes looking like a tard trying to sync a wiimote to the wii. For whatever reason the wii just wouldn't accept any wiimotes at all. I guess the sensor bar cord was loose or something, but after I stood in front of the TV ****ing with it for a while, the guy who was running the place at the time walked over and was like "hmm" reset the wii, and everything worked perfectly. :(

I felt like such a ******


also some kid came over while we were playing, and our conversation went as follows:

him: "YO DUDE IS THAT SUM WII?"

us: ... yeaah

him: "Oh **** is that some super smash brothers?!"

us: ...

him: "lemme get in on the next game yo"

us: k

He plugs in his controller, looks at the roster and goes "whoooa who are all these people man, where's kirby"

match starts: "hold up hold up how do I jump?"

us: ...

and then me and dect proceeded to double team him and finished our game, to which this guy said "Maaan, kirby sucks *** in this game, ****in blows, I like the old game better"

then i found out he used to visit the city all the time and i wouldnt doubt he knows some of my good friends back in NY just from what cloths he wore (ska / punk) was rather relaxing to see someone who knows nyc in florida.
