ATB (Allgemeine Teilnehmer Bedingungen)
1) Der Teilnehmer ist für jeglichen Schaden den er verursacht selbst verantwortlich und der Veranstalter haftet nicht. (Dies beinhaltet Schlägerein, Sachschäden und Ähnliches).
2) Desweiteren sind die Kosten verpflichtend, wer sich nicht abmeldet und nicht erschneint, muss dem Veranstalter innerhalb von einem Monat die Eintrittskosten nachträglich überweisen. Tut er dies nicht, so ist der Teilnehmer von allen zukünftigen Events des Veranstalters ausgeschlossen, außer durch eine Bezahlung von 50€. Der Veranstalter schützt sich somit vor einem plötzlichen Massenabmelden und den daraus entstehenden möglichen Schäden (Schulden).
3) Der Teilnehmer erklärt einverstanden kein Alkohol & andere/sonstige Drogen in der Location zu sich zu nehmen oder zu verteilen und sollte dies doch der Fall sein, hat er für alle daraus entstehenden Schäden zu haften.
4) Letzlich verpflichten sich die Teilnehmer, den Regeln Folge zu leisten. Ein Verstoss gegen die Regeln kann zum Auschluss von einem oder mehreren der Turniere, oder einen Rausschmiss aus der Location zur Folge haben.
5) Minderjährige benötigen die Erlaubnis eines Erziehungsberechtigten, um an dem Event teilnehmen zu dürfen. Mit dem Akzeptieren dieser ATB und der Teilnahme am Turnier (Einsendung der Registrierungs-Mail), sichert die Person zu, die Erlaubnis zum Besuch des Events von einem Erziehungsberechtigten erhalten zu haben. Die Teilnehmer haben eine unterschriebene Einverständniserklärung mit zu bringen (Siehe Einverständniserklärung).
6) Der Host behält sich das Recht vor Änderungen an den ATB und Regeln vorzunehmen. Die Teilnehmer sind dazu aufgefordert die ATB zu kennen und nach Aktualisierungen Ausschau zu halten, dies gilt insbesondere für den Zeitraum kurz/direkt vor dem Turnier.

What's up with the TVs' case ?
That ish waned my enthusiasm a lot since - afaik - Germany is kinda used to host and run big tournaments pretty smoothly.
I was almost about to book but now idk.

As I already posted in the French Boards, the TVlayer Ratio is (as always) the biggest problem @ tournaments, yes, even at german tournaments. We kinda manage to always get a whole bunch of TVs, but thats not a given, we just got lucky so far with the TVs. We/I will try our/my best to get as much TVs as possible, but I cant guarantee it.

There you can keep yourself updated, about how many TVs will come out of the Berlin Community.

I would LOVE to go to a german Brawl tourney and Ramin showing up is even more of a reason for me to come. I want my revenge as im stepping it up and wont be so easily defeated. Been a while since I played you Ramin and hope I will play you again soon. Shall try and make it to this but I will have to see if money allows me :/
